1. Stand rising your arms completely facing East with your mind call Parvati and the elements of the air
2. Facing South, arms semi completely raised with your mind call Agni and the Elements of the fire.
3. Facing West, arms extended completely horizontal with your mind call Varuna and the Elements of the water.
4. Facing North, arms 45o degrees with your mind call Kitichi and the Elements of the Earth.
